Welcome to Maids2You! By using our cleaning services, you agree to our terms and conditions. 

• Payment for services rendered is to be received upon completion of the cleaning. 
• Please note that a late payment charge of £5.00 will apply for any payments not made on time. this being within 24 hours of the service ending.
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer or standing order for regular services.
• Additionally, if you need to cancel your service, we require at least 48 hours' notice; otherwise, a charge of 50% of the service fee will be applied. 
• We do not deal with cat litter trays or any pet mess
• We work in pairs so 2 cleaners will attend the clean and the cleaning slot will be halved. If for any reason only 1 cleaner is able to attend then the full 2 hours or whatever timeframe was booked will stand.
